If you have any unwanted body hair, remove it first and exfoliate your skin as you go. For best results, do this at least 24 hours before you apply the tan. Using a mitt and body buffing brush, apply the self bronzing lotion onto dry skin (no moisturisers!) and pay special attention to trickier areas like feet, hands, face and ears.
