I’m really enjoying this product and so are my three children. We spray it generously on our legs and the soles of our feet before bedtime and the difference has been noticeable. It’s become a lovely part of our bedtime routine and signals to my children when it’s time to rest and calm. I’ve been sleeping more soundly and waking up feeling much more rested.
Love this product. No harsh grit / salt scrubs like other products. Nice feeling once washed off as well.
I really wasn’t sure what to expect in terms of this product however it surpassed my expectations. It is easy to apply, not greasy, can be used on my young family and I really think I have slept sounder. All round a worthy investment.
I have been using the magnesium spray for several days. I apply it liberally on my feet & legs and as well as improving my sleep quality significantly, it has stopped leg cramps I was having during the night altogether which I am very grateful for! I would highly recommend this spray to anyone having sleep problems or leg cramps. Thank you
I received my magnesium spray a few days ago and was sceptical to say the least. I haven’t had a good, unbroken, deep sleep for as long as I can remember so was willing to try anything. I thought using the spray would take a couple of weeks to kick in… boy was I wrong. After my first use (spraying on legs and soles of feet) I slept soundly. I had a solid 8hrs 25mins according to my Apple Watch which never happens. I thought maybe it was coincidence, but every night since starting it has been the same result. Good, deep sleep and no waking up during the night meaning I am feeling so much more refreshed and energetic during the day Bo am thoroughly impressed and have already recommended it to a few people. Cannot wait to continue using the spray and sleeping soundly!
