So unfortunately over the past few weeks I’ve been unwell, however as someone who really struggles to sleep (as I can’t switch my brain off) even with a broken sleep as I’ve been unwell this has helped massively, however I did spray it onto my chest and neck And forgot I freshly shaved so the tingling was fun 😢😂all together an amazing product and cannot Wait to try it when 100% better as I know I’ll sleep all the way through! Also I’ve very rarely got up for the toilet during the night so that’s always a win 😂❤️
